We had the worst customer service you can imagine. Bough a lock from this place and received it broken. Called them mutliple times and they always said they will take care of it and call back but it NEVER happened!We finally got a call back but they wouldn't help us anymore because it's been over 6 months....Which is 100% their fault because we have called over and over again and they always said they took care of it but they didn't. Very sad and very disappointing!

Was quoted $385 for passenger side window on my Volvo S40 by AAA Windscreens Cannington but decided to go with Waynes Windscreens as they could do it the next day and matched the price even though their initial quote was $50 more than AAA. So next morning had one of their technician install the window and was told not to wind it down for 24hrs. 30hrs later I wind it down and cannot wind it back up! Brought it back and the boss said the technician didn't put enough glue. This time the boss installs it himself! So I wasted another day waiting for it to get installed and set. Now it goes up and down ok but there's over and inch of window hanging out when I wind it all the way down compared to the original and the brand lettering on the window is on an angle like it wasn't installed properly! Drivers side window still winds down completely with just a lip visible. I won't take it back again cause I don't know what they'll do to my car like just getting at me for matching a competitors quote! Should have just waited another day and got it done somewhere else! Not recommended!

Absolute fantastic service. I had a flat battery while I was working today, as I work as a community care worker I'm driving from client to client. When I called for roadside assistance to get my car going I only had to wait around 45 mins before Jason came out. I ended up purchasing a new battery. Was fitted and checked and I was back on the road quickly. Would have been a huge headache for work if I couldn't get back on the road as soon as I did.Really great price. Fantastic friendly and efficient service. Thanks so much for everything.

A business that makes you say “never a good experience”. Professionalism is poor, prices feel made up on the spot and you will often walk in to 3 sales personnel on their computer and have to wait until they are finished typing an email or their conversation between each other, every time. Their good range of gear makes you tempted to revisit however lower your expectations to the basics for the customer service if you do.
